What this product is
Stocktally is a client-side web tool for manually recording fill levels of vending machine columns or shelf positions. It runs entirely in the browser. There is no server, no database, and no accounts. All data you enter exists only in your browser session and is discarded when you close the tab.
By using this tool, you agree to the following terms.
Use at your own risk
The tool is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The fill levels you record are entered by you manually — the tool does not verify, analyze, or validate your entries. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you record and for any decisions made based on that data.
No data collection
This product collects no personal information. No accounts are created. No photographs are uploaded. No cookies or trackers are used. Data you enter in the tool stays on your device and is not transmitted to any server. See the Privacy page for details.
No guarantees
This product is in development. Features described on pricing or marketing pages may not yet be available. Items marked “coming soon” are not guaranteed to ship on any particular schedule, or at all. The operator reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the product at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of this product shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this product.
Billing
This section describes the billing terms that apply to paid plans (currently the Pro plan at $9 per driver per month). These terms apply when Stripe payment processing is connected and billing is active.
What you buy
Stocktally Pro is a monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited-column audits and CSV export. Enterprise plans (per-fleet pricing) are available by arrangement — contact stocktally@agen2ic.ai for details.
Billing period
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. The first charge occurs at the time of subscription. Subsequent charges occur on the same calendar day of each following month. If a payment fails, access to paid features is suspended until the charge clears.
Failed payments
If a card charge is declined, Stripe automatically retries the charge on days 3, 5, 7, 10, and 14 after the initial attempt. If all retries fail, the subscription is cancelled and access to paid features reverts to the Free plan. You will not be billed further. To re-enable paid access, subscribe again with a valid payment method.
Refund policy
No refunds are provided for partial months. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing stocktally@agen2ic.ai — paid features remain accessible until the end of the current billing period. Within 14 days of an initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting stocktally@agen2ic.ai.
Price changes
Prices for paid plans may change in the future. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase and may cancel before the new price takes effect.
No accounts or stored data
This product does not create accounts, store user profiles, or maintain any server-side state. Any mention of route history, saved data, or team features on other pages refers to functionality that is not yet built. Do not rely on this product for permanent record-keeping.
Governing law
No governing law is specified because no jurisdiction has been selected for this product. The operator will designate a governing law and dispute resolution forum before these terms are made binding.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This product does not have a registered legal entity or registered business address. The entity name, address, and governing law will be supplied by the operator before these terms bind any person. Until then, these terms are provided for information only and do not create a legally binding agreement.
